Ms. Vonn is the Policy Director of the B.C. Civil Liberties Association. She is a lawyer and an adjunct professor at the UBC Law School. Ms. Vonn’s work covers a broad range of matters in which a balance is sought between privacy and security. She has been very active on the issue of “no-fly lists”, has spoken extensively on the privacy implications for Canadians of the USA Patriot Act and was the BCCLA’s representative at the most recent Department of Justice consultations on lawful access.
