Mr Clark has been a consultant in the mobile telecommunications industry since 1980. He has been the owner of a number of telecommunication companies involved in cellular communications, trunked radio communications, paging communications and cellular billing systems.
He has also been a member of a number of Government Committees concerning telecommunications, standards and specifications over the last 20 years and has been the Chairman of a number of telecommunications industry committees.
He is the Managing Director of Forensic Telecommunications Services Limited. In 1986 he was awarded the M.B.E. by HM The Queen for services to the telecommunications industry and elected a Fellow of the Royal Society for the encouragement of Arts, Manufactures and Commerce in 1996.
Forensic Telecommunications Services Ltd examine many thousands of telecommunications exhibits each year and are involved in cell site analysis in many hundreds of murder, terrorist, organized crime ,robbery, hostage and kidnap investigations each year.
